Finding Balance: Family, Faith, and Fun This September

As we wave goodbye to summer and welcome September, life at Shielded Hearts Clothing Co has been full of blessings, busyness, and a whole lot of joy.

This past Labor Day weekend was the perfect mix of rest and adventure. We spent time soaking up the sun by the pool, joined together in fellowship at church, and even made a trip to Dollywood—because nothing says “holiday weekend” like roller coasters, laughter, and a funnel cake (or two!).

Now that we’re a month into the new school year, routines are finally starting to settle in. The early mornings, homework nights, and packed lunches may keep us busy, but they’re also a reminder of how quickly time goes by. Watching our kids grow and thrive is one of the greatest gifts, and we’re soaking up every moment.

On a personal note, something exciting is on the horizon—our honeymoon cruise! After all the planning, prepping, and dreaming, it feels surreal to know it’s almost here. We can’t wait to set sail, unplug, and enjoy some much-needed time away together.
